Most companies have to go to separate flavor houses to create a flavor base that is sent to the manufacturer for packaging. The advantages in dealing with our fully integrated operation are two fold. First, the flavor profile that the customer wants to achieve can be attained and tested right in the manufacturing environment. Secondly, the substantial savings attained by utilizing the expertise of our in house flavorist and food scientist.
